DIY ARCADE USA takes customer service seriously. We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If there is ever an issue with our products or services provided, please get in contact with us. We will take care of this together with you to ensure you are satisfied.
You may return most new, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
- Make sure the item is unused or in 30 days warranty. Any defective or broken items caused but the customer is not eligible for return.
- Send the item back to us in good packaging together with your Name, Order ID and Shipping Address.
- Send us the shipping return cost receipt so we can refund the cost of the return shipping.
- You will receive an email confirmation that we have received your return and expect your refund to be sent within 24 hours.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Any items or orders that are in transit are NOT allowed for cancellation or refund unless the customer return the item after receiving the order/parcel.

We ship to USA only.
We mainly DHL Express to get your orders to you fast. Please note, we may ship from non USA warehouses if we are out of stock and it means goods are delivered quicker. This will not affect the shipping cost.
Shipping within USA is a flat rate of $9.95 for all orders below $250. All orders above $250 come with FREE shipping.
